  1. First of all we wash the mutton cleanly and then and add turmeric powder and salt and keep it in a deep freeze for half an hour.
  2. Then in pressure cooker at mustard oil then add jeera 1 dry red chilli chopped onion ginger garlic paste all powder masala mentioned above and lastly at tomatoes and sorter for at least 7 to 8 minutes until the oil leaves the masala.
  3. Then add the mutton and you can also add potato with the optional and take 3 whistle and and lastly had coriander leaves thank you.
